A short but sharp recap of process monitoring basics, followed by intensive analysis of measurement systems. Participants will explore critical questions, such as:

• What insights do measurements offer and how should these inform next steps?
• What’s the tangible return on applying quality measurements consistently?

P1: Practical Application & Live Observation
In this part of the training, participants observe and engage in process steps on their own equipment. With expert guidance, they analyze:
• The real-time temperature behaviour of the sheet
• Transfer delays and their impact on formability and mechanical properties
• The handling sequence and interface performance between oven and press
• Material-specific behaviour (e.g., differences between AlSi-coated and uncoated blanks)


Live thermography and practical testing tools may be employed (depending on equipment availability) to identify optimization potential.
